We hear that a lot, but there is a difference between having a library card and joining the Friends. ANYONE in Harris County can have a library card, use the library, and attend all the Library programs. Taxes pay for a lot of that--but not for ALL our library offers! Our Spring Branch-Memorial Library is a tremendous asset to our community. By joining the Friends, your membership contribution makes a difference that benefits you and the entire community.
